Today, our contractor learned that Sanchez School will allow crew members to park their vehicles while other construction work is ongoing at the school. We trust this will free up more parking for the neighbors. The contractor had requested to place equipment and pipe in the parking lot, but the school would not allow this storage.
Early morning jackhammering: The contractor for the school also started removing steps today, and began this work fairly early. We advised that while 7 am is an approved start time for work, we try to limit jackhammering and other such activities until after 8 am.
You may have noticed, our water operations crews are making connections to your homes and businesses and must use more steel plates. Use caution when driving and stay below the speed limit to keep these plates from juggling loose and creating more noise.
Let us know if you have other suggestions. Thanks for your patience.

Title: Welcome Districts 8 and 9
Welcome to our community blog for Districts 8 and 9. This blog will provide the most updated information about our projects on a 24/7 basis, and allow you to ask questions or give us valuable suggestions. We are currently focusing on water system improvement projects: The Bernal Heights water main replacement project is near completion, while the Noe Valley water mains installation and upgrade project is ready to hit the ground. We invite you to visit this blog as often as possible, and we look forward to hearing from you.
